Our Mission
SPREADING THE LIGHT : OUR MISSION
Art has always held a quiet, yet powerful place in Judaism. From the golden Menorah in the Temple to the intricate designs of ancient manuscripts, Jewish art has served as a vessel for meaning, identity, and light. In today’s world, where images and media shape minds and movements, we believe art has an even more vital role: to teach, to inspire, to uplift.
At OmanOr, our mission is simple—but profound:
To spread the light of Judaism through meaningful art that reflects the beauty of the Torah, the Land of Israel, Jewish sages, Jewish values, and the holy soldiers of the IDF—God’s army protecting His people and His land.
Every print is a spark.
A spark of history.
A spark of holiness.
A spark of Jewish pride.
In a modern society where values are often diluted, art becomes a powerful tool to reconnect with what is eternal. It crosses language and culture. It speaks to the heart. That’s why OmanOr exists—to make the light of Judaism visible, shareable, and unforgettable.
About the Founder: Nissime Maxime Kutasi
My name is Nissime Maxime Kutasi. I was born in Montreal, Canada, and today I live in Israel, which I moved to nearly a decade ago. For years, I worked as a nurse at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, dedicating myself to healing and service. But alongside that path, I always had another passion—art. Not just any art, but Jewish art. Art that breathes life into the spirit. Art that brings Torah and truth into every home.
Over the years, Judaism lit up my life in a way I can never fully describe. It gave me purpose. It gave me peace. And I’ve always dreamed of giving that back—of creating something that could spread the light that had enlightened me.
Then came October 7th.
Like many of my brothers, I was called back to duty. I serve in the Paratrooper Brigade, and during this war, I was deployed in the Lebanon territory. Over the past year and a half, I’ve been on active call for over 265 days. It’s been intense. It’s been emotional. But in those rare, quiet moments I had, an idea was born.
OmanOr is the result of that idea.
A dream shaped during war.
A mission born from faith.
A marketplace that began as a spark of hope in the darkest of days.
Even with limited time, I began creating. Drawing. Designing. Breathing life into visions of Torah, Israel, and strength. I wanted to take my passion and give it a platform. A place where others—Jews across the world—could experience what I experienced: the healing and inspiration of Jewish light through art.
And as part of this mission, 10% of all profits will be donated to Torah institutions (yeshivot) in Israel and to support the IDF soldiers, who are not only protecting our people but carrying the legacy of Jewish resilience and holiness.
This is more than a shop.
It’s a movement.
It’s a piece of Jewish soul in every print.
Welcome to OmanOr.
Where Jewish light becomes art.
